I would love your thoughts about my novels. Is that something you offer? An assessment not a detailed edit. I have an editor for that. I am tempted to do a true plot twist on an upcoming work. Let me know if I am being a pest.
You are not at all being a pest! But I'm afraid I simply don't have time to offer any services like that, I'm sorry! My advice would be to try the plot twist, if you want to. If it doesn't work, you can always undo it.
Have you heard of "wheel of time" mapmaking syndrome?
The irresistible urge to create a story set on a subcontinent bordered by ocean on one side and some inaccessible continent on the other.
Not accusing you of that since it's clearly just one location in your expansive world, just funny to see how the instinct to draw Europe on a map is never far from any western fantasy writer
I'm definitely curious. How do you go about making these maps. I desperately want maps for my novels.
I will try to put together a post detailing my process, then!
BTW - I love your videos. I am telling all the writers in my workshop to view them and study them closely.
Thank you! I'm happy they're able to help you and I really appreciate the support!
