The final sentence saddened me because I had grown fond of Nŏl Ŏklo and Hino Son. Their assistance was invaluable.

they hide his shame and call him a brother. I am glad Min La and So Ga trusted them

I wish I could say I was surprised by the last line of the chapter ... but unfortunately, I saw this coming. But, knowing what is coming has only served to intensify the anticipation and interest in how it will be done... will Hino Son and Nol Oklo die well? or worse, will they become Houseless? And it will be that injustice that So Ga rights when he becomes king .. :)

This chapter had my heart skip many beats! Just the way these 2 fight for each other is so... I don't know how to describe it. However I do say I feel a bit saddened they'll depart from their good friends:((

I was hoping for brotherly bonding. For like So Ga, I missed the simple conflict and plan to get from point A to point B.

Though, I'm not saddened, So Ga finally was able to take stand. Maybe one day, he will be strong enough to be king, even if not physically.

Without going into the pain I felt with that last line.

The quote about the river and the sea, is just a gentle nod to Avoth, isn't it. Though everyone lives their individual lives, we all die in the end/we all meet in death.

“So Ga did not know it then, but this was the last time he would ever see Nŏl Ŏklo and Hino Son So Hoth. “
